I mainly blog about feminism and disability, but in this world where intolerance and right wing ideology are abundant I am liable to rant about any other old subject that takes my fancy.
I’m a mum of three boys, one of whom has high functioning autism. I suffer from a chronic illness (or two, or three) and I’m also chronically mildly irritated. I’m a shameless leftie who walks (and largely wheels) around in a little stereotype bubble.
Feel free to contact me at lucybritton@live.co.uk if there is anything I can do you for. You can also follow me on Twitter via @LuBottom
Oh and the Bottomface largely comes from the fact that I speak out of my arse! Enjoy!
Yeah well. my Right Wing ideology wins
Aww, bless you Mousley
I too have giant tufts of hair hanging from my armpits and ankles, but alas, I only have one pair of crotchless knickers (or did I just misunderstand the hole in the pants thing?) x
I’m not cool enough for crotchless pants- oh that I were! Some are pretty much just down to the elastic now

Lucy Britton? Hi, I’m Crippen disabled cartoonist. I loved your blog on mumsnet, so much in fact that I’ve reproduced in on my DAO blog, along with a cartoon. Here’s the link – http://www.disabilityartsonline.org.uk/?location_id=6&item=2474 Let me know what you think. Kind regards, Dave
Hey hun, spotted your blog on mumsnet…
Some of your symptoms sound familiar… Have you ever been tested for coeliac disease or tried a gluten free diet? I ask in case no-one else has ever thought to…
All the best x
